About Us

The Church Collection is a faith-based resource and strategic partner for pastors, churches, and ministry leaders. We provide the systems, strategy, and creative structure needed to help leaders lead with clarity, creativity, and consistency. Our goal is to support healthy teams, stronger systems, and sustainable discipleship that creates lasting impact.

Our Mission Is Simple

Our mission is simple: to partner with the vision by equipping pastors and leaders with the systems, strategy, and creative structure they need to lead with clarity, creativity, and consistency. Through that partnership, we help build healthy teams, sustainable systems, and discipleship models that produce lasting impact.

OUR STORY

The Church Collection was birthed from a burden to see pastors, ministries, faith-based leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations operate with excellence, strategy, and creative integrity.
Founded by Jaitee (Justin Trawick), a creative strategist and ministry partner, The Church Collection began as a small effort to help a few ministries and leaders communicate their vision with greater clarity, consistency, and impact.

Over time, it became clear that many vision-driven leaders and faith-based organizations were rich in purpose but limited in systems, strategy, and creative structure. What started as simple design support has since evolved into a comprehensive initiative that equips pastors, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to build with greater strength and sustainability.

Since 2017, The Church Collection has partnered with churches, ministries, leaders, and creatives across states to bring order to vision, structure to creativity, and support to the work they have been called to steward.

Today, The Church Collection operates as a creative and strategic firm serving pastors, ministries, faith-based leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations by providing the tools, systems, and resources needed to grow, engage, lead well, and create lasting impact.
