OUR STORY
The Church Collection was birthed from a burden to see churches operate with the same excellence, strategy, and creative integrity as thriving organizations.
Founded by Jaitee (Justin Trawick), a creative strategist and ministry partner, The Church Collection began as a small effort to help a few ministries visually communicate their message with clarity and consistency.
Over time, it became clear that many churches were rich in vision but limited in systems, strategy, and creative structure. What started as simple design support has now evolved into a comprehensive initiative that equips pastors and leaders to build sustainable ministries — where strategy meets the Spirit of creativity.
Since 2017, The Church Collection has partnered with churches, leaders, and creatives across states to help bring order to vision, structure to creativity, and strength to every area of ministry operations.
Today, The Church Collection operates as a creative and strategic firm for the local church, providing the tools, systems, and resources that help ministries grow, engage, and disciple effectively.
OUR FOUNDER
Jaitee (Justin Trawick) is a creative strategist, brand architect, and ministry partner whose heart beats for the local church. With years of experience helping pastors and leaders translate vision into systems and strategy, he founded The Church Collection to bring clarity, structure, and creativity to ministry spaces across the nation.
Jaitee believes that when churches are organized and creative, they can more effectively fulfill the Great Commission. His approach blends spiritual insight with strategic innovation, helping ministries not only look excellent but operate with excellence.
